Refund Policy

Since each of our floral “Bloom” arrangements are handmade especially for you there are NO REFUNDS. By making a purchase with Pick a Bloom LLC, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at happy@pickabloom.com or 757.655.3338 with details of the product and the damage within 24 hours of delivery. All original packing materials must be saved. Photos of damage maybe required. We will contact you within two business days.

If instructed to do so via email, you can send the damaged item, with the original packaging to our office address

 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Pick A Bloom LLC will not be responsible for lost return shipments. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Pick a Bloom LLC with pay for ground shipping charges on replacement item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product at no further cost to you. Depending on where your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
