Pick a Bloom Order/Shipping Policy

Your quoted prices are good for 7 days from the date the quote is emailed. We are happy to discuss your order over the phone; however, only emailed quotes will be honored by Pick a Bloom LLC.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. If a particular type of flower is out of stock Pick a Bloom LLC reserves the right to make substitutions with another flower of comparable size and similar color.  When practical we will notify you of the substitutions.

DELIVERY LOCATION

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the United States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order by Pick a Bloom LLC. We will ship your order within 60 days from the date your deposit/payment was received. In the unusual event an order cannot be shipped within the 60 day timeframe you will be notified by Pick a Bloom LLC. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Saturdays and Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the shipping information for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to the carrier, and based on the shipping method you selected).

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please make sure the carrier has a place to put the boxes that is out of the elements as we want to ensure your Blooms remain undamaged and in the best possible condition.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on order value using ground shipment from a carrier of Pick a Bloom LLC’s choice. When placing order please allow adequate time for shipping. Additional shipping options available upon request athappy@pickabloom.com or 757.655.3338. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges via email or phone.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
